Terms of Service

The Platform is a cloud-based business communication solution that enables businesses to manage customer interactions across supported communication channels, including integrations with Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, and WhatsApp Business.

Depending on the features available, the Platform may also provide:

• Unified inbox management
• Team collaboration
• Customer conversation management
• AI-assisted reply suggestions
• Conversation summaries
• Workflow automation
• Business insights and analytics
• Future communication and productivity features introduced by Dhimora

The Platform is intended for legitimate business use only.

To use the Platform, you must satisfy the following requirements:

• Be at least 16 years of age;
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement;
• Provide accurate and complete registration information; and
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
• Keep your information updated;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account unless such activities result from our failure to maintain appropriate security.

The Platform is designed primarily for businesses and business professionals. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your business information is accurate;
• You have the authority to connect any Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or WhatsApp Business Account;
• Your use of connected services complies with applicable platform policies and laws.

Our Platform allows you to connect supported Meta services.

By connecting these services, you authorize Dhimora to access and process information necessary to provide the requested functionality, including messaging synchronization, unified inbox management, analytics, and AI-assisted features.

You acknowledge that:

• Your use of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp remains subject to Meta's applicable terms and policies;
• Dhimora is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta unless expressly stated;
• Disconnecting your Meta accounts may disable certain Platform features.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of Meta services complies with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable laws.

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account;
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide;
• Obtaining any legally required permissions from your customers;
• Complying with privacy, marketing, and consumer protection laws;
• Reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to customers;
• Ensuring that communications sent through the Platform are appropriate and lawful.

You are solely responsible for all content transmitted using your account.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• Violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• Upload malicious software or harmful code;
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse others;
• Circumvent security measures or usage limitations;
• Misuse Meta integrations or access data beyond authorization.

Dhimora reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including immediate suspension or termination of accounts.

The Platform facilitates communication between businesses and their customers. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the messages you send;
• Dhimora does not review every communication sent through the Platform;
• Businesses remain responsible for obtaining customer consent where required by law;
• Dhimora is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of communications created or sent by users.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, including messages, attachments, files, and other materials.

By using the Platform, you grant Dhimora a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Platform.

This license ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to provide a reliable and secure Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be:

• Uninterrupted;
• Error-free;
• Continuously available;
• Free from delays caused by third-party services or internet connectivity.

Maintenance, updates, security improvements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the availability of the Platform.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain or enhance the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Dhimora may collect, process, and use information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may include artificial intelligence (“AI”) features designed to assist businesses with customer communication, automation, analytics, and productivity. These features may include, but are not limited to:

• AI-generated reply suggestions;
• Message drafting;
• Conversation summaries;
• Workflow automation;
• Language assistance;
• Business insights; and
• Additional AI capabilities introduced in the future.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances;
• AI should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending it to customers or relying on it in your business operations.

Dhimora is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

To provide AI functionality, Dhimora may transmit relevant prompts and limited conversation context to third-party AI providers through OpenRouter or other infrastructure selected by Dhimora.

Only the information reasonably necessary to generate the requested AI output is processed.

Your use of AI features also remains subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party providers where required.

The Platform may offer:

• Free plans;
• Free trials;
• Monthly subscriptions;
• Premium business features; and
• Additional paid services introduced in the future.

Subscription features may change from time to time as the Platform evolves. The specific features included in each subscription tier will be described on our pricing pages.

From time to time, Dhimora may offer free trial periods for eligible users. Unless otherwise stated:

• Free trials are limited to one per eligible business;
• Trial eligibility is determined solely by Dhimora;
• Dhimora may modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

If a paid subscription begins after the trial period, billing will occur according to the subscription plan selected by the user.

Paid subscriptions are billed using authorized third-party payment providers.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for:

• Subscription fees;
• Applicable taxes;
• Renewal charges where applicable.

You agree to maintain valid payment information throughout your subscription period. Failure to successfully process payment may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or other methods made available by Dhimora.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to refunds for charges already incurred.

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Where refunds are granted, they are issued at Dhimora's sole discretion or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Dhimora may revise pricing, subscription plans, or available features from time to time.

Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided before changes affecting existing subscribers take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after revised pricing becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

The Platform, including its software, design, user interface, branding, graphics, documentation, text, code, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Dhimora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• Copy;
• Reproduce;
• Modify;
• Distribute;
• Reverse engineer;
• Create derivative works from;
• Publicly display;
• Commercially exploit

any part of the Platform without prior written permission from Dhimora.

“Dhimora,” the Dhimora logo, and other branding used in connection with the Platform are trademarks or trade names of Dhimora Softwares Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, including those belonging to Meta or Google, remain the property of their respective owners.

We welcome feedback, suggestions, ideas, and feature requests.

If you voluntarily submit feedback, you grant Dhimora a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, implement, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without compensation to you.

The Platform integrates with third-party services that may include:

• Meta Platforms;
• Google services;
• Cloudflare;
• Resend;
• OpenRouter;
• Payment providers;
• Authentication providers; and
• Additional service providers introduced in the future.

Dhimora does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security practices, or policies. Your use of such services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

From time to time, Dhimora may release experimental or beta features. Beta features:

• May contain errors or defects;
• May change without notice;
• May be discontinued at any time;
• May not be suitable for production use.

We continually improve the Platform. Accordingly, Dhimora may:

• Add new features;
• Modify existing functionality;
• Remove obsolete features;
• Improve security;
• Introduce new integrations;
• Update technical requirements.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.

Certain parts of the Platform may include or rely upon open-source software.

Such components remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable open-source licenses.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade laws governing your use of the Platform.

You may not use the Platform in violation of any applicable sanctions, export restrictions, or similar legal requirements.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, Dhimora reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform.

No rights or licenses are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
