- Transaction Commission: A 1–2% fee applies to transactions via Website checkout or inbox AI, covering payment gateway charges (Fonepay, Esewa, Khalti, etc.).
- Inbox integration applies exclusively to Business Accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, TikTok Business, WhatsApp Business). Personal accounts are not supported.
Pricing & AI Usage Notes
- Additional AI messages beyond plan quotas will be charged based on usage, with advance notification.
- Initial pricing may fluctuate (±5–15%) based on specific customization requirements and scale.
- Future custom feature requests may incur separate fees. AI features adapt to price fluctuations and usage patterns.
